When it visibly looks unfinished, they comment on whether the flow makes sense, which is the feedback you actually need at that stage. Raise fidelity only once the structure is agreed. The exception is a stakeholder presentation where the audience genuinely cannot read abstraction, in which case a mid-fidelity version is a reasonable compromise.
