Google Vids is Google Workspace's AI video creation and editing tool, built for workplace communication rather than cinematic filmmaking — think onboarding videos, project updates, and training content rather than short films. Google AI Pro and Ultra subscribers unlock AI avatars — expanded from 23 to 53 default presets spanning photorealistic, 3D cartoon, and graphic novel styles — plus custom soundtracks from 30 seconds up to three minutes long using Lyria 3 and Lyria 3 Pro. A Chrome extension adds screen recording with direct publishing to YouTube, and AI Ultra / Workspace AI Ultra accounts can generate up to 1,000 Veo videos monthly.
